Shipping costs vary depending on the product.

By clicking the "Order" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart and simultaneously confirming that you are at least 18 years old. Confirmation of receipt of your order will follow immediately after submission. The purchase agreement is concluded upon this confirmation. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, and the "Returns" clause applies.

All prices quoted are in CHF and include VAT.

We offer various payment options. You will be informed of your choices during the ordering process.

Your order will only be shipped once the full amount has been credited to our account. Please refer to the product description for the estimated delivery time. If no delivery time is specified there, delivery typically takes place within 2-5 business days of order acceptance. If there are any deviations from this timeframe, we will inform you of the delivery date.

Returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, provided the packaging is unopened and with our prior consent. We reserve the right to invoice you for the original shipping costs. We also reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of CHF 20.

The customer must notify Dog Pets Meuri immediately of any change of address. If the customer fails to do so, the last known address will be used for all deliveries. The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred in locating the new address.

The product images may not exactly match the appearance of the delivered products. The information provided about the individual products was largely taken from the manufacturer's informational materials. Dog Pets Meuri therefore assumes no responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of this information.

The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory regulations, whereby we are entitled, at your discretion, to either replace or repair the goods in the event of a defect. If the repair ultimately fails or the replacement goods are also defective, you may demand a return of the goods and a refund of the agreed price or a reduction in the purchase price.

Complaints regarding incomplete or incorrect deliveries, or regarding apparent defects, must be made in writing immediately, but at least within 3 business days of receiving the goods, specifying each alleged defect in detail. The obligation to inspect extends to the entire delivery. No liability is assumed for defects reported too late.

Jurisdiction Thurgau

Should one or more provisions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.
